  • Contact details (e.g., name, email) for clients and research participants when required.
  • Survey responses and research-related information (usually de-identified).
  • Technical data needed to operate our services (e.g., logs or metadata).

How we use information

  • To deliver market research services and report insights.
  • To manage projects and communicate with clients and participants.
  • To ensure quality, safety, and legal compliance.
  • We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only with consent, where required by law, or to trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements.

Data security & storage
We use secure, password-protected and encrypted systems where possible. Access is limited to authorised personnel and contractors. Information is retained only as long as necessary for research or legal purposes, then securely deleted.

Overseas disclosure
Some data may be stored or processed outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure APP-equivalent protections apply.
